Debbie and David have been partners for over 30 years, but after downsizing their parents a few times they understood firsthand how exhausting, both mentally and physically, it was to downsize. The To Do list seemed to never end and more things kept getting added. They consistently heard from their
parents that they woke up at 4am with so much on their mind. When they learned about the Senior Move Management industry they said what so many other people have told them…If I only knew about you when I/my parents downsized.
As part of their due diligence into the industry they attended the National Association of Move Managers Convention where they talked to other move managers, attended classes and really had an opportunity to learn more. They still take continuing education classes to better serve their clients. That was when they decided to take their partnership to the next level….go into business together. What they didn’t realize and has become a tremendous bonus to the business is the people they meet. They come from various backgrounds and have interesting hobbies and wonderful stories about life.
Both Debbie and David have extensive retail backgrounds from family business to working at large retailers. This has been extremely beneficial as customers are now clients and we understand how to meet expectations. Debbie attended FIDM Institute of Fashion and is an expert at floor planning and organizing. David has a Masters Degree from Columbia University and manages outside resources and packing/unpacking, clean outs and more. Together they provide the entire package to make the transition smooth and less overwhelming.
They have three boys either attending college or about to attend college. Their one remaining parent lives between Boynton Beach, FL and Lenox, MA spending time with them in between. They enjoy skiing as a family, going on bike rides and spending time relaxing at the beach.
